Still just on the right side of 40, husband and father. Got back into MTB for fitness around 2011, and found a real passion for a sport I’d all but given up as a kid. Lost about 10 stone, a lot of which was in training for my first big ride (the 40 mile off-road Robin Hood ride). Can mostly be found hacking around the local countryside seeking out new lines or trying to get quicker at a local trail centre.

Love getting out with mates whenever possible, especially trying out new trails and areas to ride. Current ride is a modified Norco 7.2 hardtail that I has seen Cwmcarn, Bike Park Wales and the Black lines at Llandegla, although a full-suss has to be on the cards at some point in 2018 (watch this space!)
